Zabaglione is an Italian dessert made of whipped and heated egg yolks, sugar and sweet wine. It is a nice spring / summer light dessert that have to be prepared just before serving.
Total time: 10 min
3 egg yolks
3 egg cups of sugar
6 egg cups of sweet wine (Marsala)
Put all 3 ingredients in a pot on medium heat or double boiler.
On medium heat, beat those ingredients until a nice foam forms.
Make sure you control the heat so the egg yolks will not burn.
You can see when it is ready when lines start to form in your Sabayon.
